Question:Why won't my tablet turn on after charging?
Answer:
Try connecting it to the computer first, charge it for a while, and then try it with a 5V 2A charger, try to charge it for as long as possible to get a charging prompt. If it still doesn't work, you can poke the reset hole with a needle. We recommend charging below 10% when using the tablet.
