    WW2 named Medal Group of (4) to Jewish Soldier, possible Intelligence and SAAC
    Four medal named to: 31015 R.C. KOESTERS
    1939/45 Star; Italy Star; War medal; Africa Service Medal. Photocopies of Record of Service shows medals are all his entitlement and a complete grouping. Robert Curt Koesters was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands 27th March 1908 and was a "Traveller" by occupation. He served in Rand Light Infantry,
    In September 1940 he was sent on an Intelligence course.
    1942 he was at Zonderwater Prisoner Camp 08/06/40. Also served SAAC (I) 11/1/44 and H.Q. QSC 15/3/44, He served in the Middle East and Italy, was not awarded an Africa Star. Could be an interesting story for the avid researcher.
