Welch Allyn SureTemp Plus 692 combo set. These items were received as unused medical surplus - thermometer was out of package and has a small ding/chip to one corner - please see details below.
Includes:
Welch Allyn SureTemp Plus 692
Medical Digital Thermometer (01692-000 / 901053) - unused but no packaging included. Unit has a corner ding/chipping from being out of package (see separate pic)
4' Oral Probe (02893-000 / 901010) in sealed oem bag - Includes probe w 4' cord and
oral well / reservoir,
Wall Holder assembly (21326-0000) - in oem resealable bag -
Includes foam tape to adhere to the wall or a template to attach the unit with screws (not included)
Probe covers - sealed box of 25 Hill-Rom Welch Allyn Probe covers - Ref 05031
Unit will also require 3 AA batteries (not included)
