    Description

    Weaver bi-level rocker arms were used by some companies in early spinets.  Similar function to elbows and lifter rods.  New metal rocker arm shown next to an original (not included in auction) in one photo above.  Originals in some cases were made from alternating layers of wood (not unlike plywood) which delaminate and crack over time.  These new replacements are very similar dimensionally, occasionally requiring a bit of filing to fit properly.
