NEW, NEVER BUILT, 59CM TOMMASINI TECNO, FRAME & FORK, MADE IN ITALY, FREE SHIPPING, NO RESERVE
This is a brand new, unbuilt, stock 59cm Tommasini road frame & fork. The fork is uncut. The frame and fork dropouts have never had a wheel in them, and are unmarked by a wheel or quick release.
It is made in Italy with Italian Columbus NEMO Zona Butted Concept chromoly tubing.

Bicycle Specifications:
-- Seat Tube: Approximately 59 cm (center to center) seat tube. This bike has a traditional straight top tube. Tommasini measures bikes in an unconventional way, so the factory might have called this a different size. I measure center to center, to the best of my ability. This measurment seems to be spot on 59 cm, as near as I can tell.
-- Top Tube: Approximately 58 cm (center to center) top tube (as best as I can measure). This bike has a level (traditional) top tube.
-- Head Tube: Approximately 18.6 cm head tube.
-- Head tube is 1 inch diameter
-- Fork is 1" unthreaded, and has a generous 26.8 cm of uncut steerer tube. If you like a more upright riding position, this could be your bike.
-- Traditional (level) top tube geometry
-- Standard 70mm Italian BB shell. The threads in the BB are new -- there has never been a bottom bracket threaded into the frame. There is still original machine oil from the factory on the threads.
-- Standard 130 rear dropout spacing
-- Sidepull brake mounts only
-- External cable routing (for mechanical group only)
**Note: I estimate this is a late 1990s to early 2000s road bike. You can put reasonable size tires on it. The front and rear of the bike should clear 25c (probably bigger) with no problem.
History:
I bought this from the original owner who had worked in a shop.  He (like I) had always wanted a new Tommasini from Colorado Cyclist (when they carried them).  He (unlike me) actually bought one, and tucked it away.  I bought this from him around 2014, and also continued to store it in its original box.  I don't think I asked him the vintage, but I estimate it was produced in the late 1990s, as the fork is not threaded, and that's when I remember Colorado Cyclist as selling these fine Italian bicycles.
I planned to build this bike up and ride it. Then my military career became more time consuming with 2 Pentagon assignments and an Afghanistan deployment -- and I had 2 kids.  Hence, "serious" riding time has become significantly less, and the bike sat in its box unused -- and then sat in its box some more after we moved back out west to California.  It's all good though -- I'm now having fun riding BMX with my 2 boys -- which is a whole interesting subset of cycling I'm now getting to explore with the kids.
So it's time to set this bike free again to find a new owner who can make use of this excellent ride. I have never built or ridden it (obviously), so cannot attest to the ride quality -- but I'll bet it's fine.
Frame and fork are new. I give this frame a 10/10. It doesn't get any better than this. It's basically a "time capsule" Tommasini that has been in the Colorado Cyclist box its whole life. That being said, please realize this is an Italian product. Nothing comes from Italy perfect -- it's part of their character. If you look closely enough, there will be factory imperfections. But there is nothing out of the ordinary (for a handmade Italian creation) that I can find worth mentioning.
If you're reading this you probably know that Tommasini produces highly regarded frames, and the older ones are always sought after. Tommasinis are known for their beautiful paint schemes, and they are still in produciton today. The quality is up there with Colnago, De Rosa, Bianchi, Masi, Pegoretti, Cinelli, Benotto, and Guerciotti. What has always distinguished Tommasinis was their high level of finish work, and this one is an excellent example with great visual appeal (in my humble opinion...) It's a classic example of old world Italian craftsmanship not found in mass produced carbon frames. This bike is not as light as a carbon ride -- but the light metallic flake blue, black, & silver juxtaposed with chromed steel is much more visually appealing.
