Description
The Thomas Memory Monitoring Thermometer is a digital thermometer used for monitoring the temperatures in liquids, gases, water baths, freezers, and refrigerators. The thermometer measures temperature from -50 to 70 degrees C (-58 to 158 degrees F), with an accuracy of + or -1 degree C. The 0.75" probe has a 10 ft. micro cable, which can be shut in a refrigerator door without creating a gap. The thermometer memory stores minimum/maximum values and has a temperature alarm that can be programmed to indicate audibly when the temperature exceeds a maximum or minimum value. The alarm will continue to sound even when the temperature returns to the set range, until it is turned off.
