Description

Solid brass short lid prop for grand and baby grand pianos without a short prop option (or to replace broken one). Includes prop, lid cup (prop needs to contact lid at 90 degree angle for best support to prevent slippage, most of the time the correct mounting of the short prop means adding a cup near the original one to achieve this) and screws.  14" long overall - end with screws is 2" and the longer part is 12".
Install so that the prop is perpendicular (approximately a 90 degree angle) to the top lid.  Usual mounting location is the base of the factory lid support/prop provided there is sufficient space to mount it.
