Skull and Bones Yale Fraternity Secret Society Pin

This pin is a wonderful example from the mysterious Skull and Bones Society, of Yale University.  Held closely by the Cooke family and passed down through the generations via 2 Skull and Bones members. The current owner, a great grandson, is providing notarized provenance of origin, showing family ties to the BUSH / WALKER dynasties.  The text of the provenance is shown in one of the attached photographs.  Contact seller for a signed, notarized copy. Also included are copies of correspondence from Mr. Walker of the Bush family to Mr. Cook Sr. (These are not pictured, but available for review upon request.) The pin itself has the mark, 'MARCUS & CO'.  This maker pre-dated Skull and Bones pins made by Tiffiny, which confirms the era of the seller's grandfather, 1895.  EXTREMELY RARE.  Shipped insured for full sale value plus 0.
