    Description

    For replacement of damaged, broken or missing hammer butt springs in most full size spinet pianos.  When measuring your old springs take note if the curve in them has "straightened" over the years - the spring in the photo is new and has a fairly pronounced curve (which can be tweaked as needed to change
    strength).  These are very short springs, about 1-1/8" from coil to tip that contacts hammer butt, 0.025" diameter wire, intended for spinets and consoles with compact "S2" type actions.
