RETURNS
If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos prior to opening. If you wish to return your item you
must
contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
SHIPPING
We use Canada Post standard (non-tracked) letter mail for shipping within Canada but are no longer able to ship items of this type to buyers outside of Canada by that method as the postal system has begun returning the parcels to us. We have had to switch to small packet (non-tracked) air mail for buyers outside Canada, however we are often able to ship as many as 3 similar items in the same parcel for one cost. If you are purchasing more than one item please don't pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE CONFIRM SHIPPING WITH US. THE CALCULATOR ISN'T ALWAYS ACCURATE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO SHIP TO YOU FOR LESS - OR NOT AT ALL.
Tracking is NOT included in the shipping cost but is strongly encouraged for our mutual peace of mind. Tracked shipping is available at the buyer's request and expense.
If you would prefer a tracking number please let us know before submitting payment so we can let you know the additional cost. We do our best to ship within 3 postal business days of receiving payment but are trying to limit our trips to the post office to twice weekly. We are unable to ship to some areas, if you don't see a shipping cost please contact us to confirm whether we are able to ship to your location. Delivery date estimates are just that, factors beyond our control can cause parcels to arrive later than the estimated delivery date
