Rimage Amigo II Disc Publisher + Everest II Printer + Computer + Ribbons + Media
This is a pretty big package consisting of the following:
1. Amigo II Disc Publisher
2. Everest II Thermal Printer
3. PC Computer with original Rimage software installed and all ports you need
4. Some unused ribbons
5. Approx 1,000 unused still-wrapped Thermal-print CDs and approx 200 unused still-wrapped Thermal-print DVDs
We are not the original owners, but have owned this for a few years. Bought it from another media company. We have used this on and off based on need. Sent the printer for servicing with Rimage at some point. They are still in business.
It has been a little while since we last used the system and are not in a position to hook this up and get it all tested. From recollection, everything worked last time it was used, but that is NOT guaranteed. Please keep in mind you are buying everything as-is, and may require some servicing, hence the low price.
The computer worked last time we used it and has the software and the ports you need to connect, however, it is pretty dated at this point and you may want to consider switching to a newer system.
We believe we have at least some of the original manuals and software CDs, but will need to look for them and cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate it for you. You may want to contact Rimage to verify if they can assist you with getting software.
All parts seem to be powering up and operational. Again, we have NOT tested for functionality. Also, did not test or powered up computer. Everything was sitting in storage. We are unsure whether all ribbons are still potent. Some of them are sealed, some not. The CD & DVD media count is estimated. We are unsure how many there are.
From experience, the prints are very high quality and much better than inkjet. They come close enough in quality to replication offset. The duplication mechanism is slow. Ok for overnight jobs. We used it mostly for volume printing. Been a nice system
