Dirt Research Old School Mounttain Bike Columbus Tubing Deore XT Bicycle 16.5"*
Nice Dirt Research Kenai Mountain Bike Frame with high top-of-the-line parts from the late 1980’s. (1989 I believe) The bike frame measures 16.5” (Center B.B. to the center of top tube).  with a 29” Standover height. The top tube length is 22” long. The bike rides more like an 18” to me. (which I normally ride) The bike is well equipped: Deport XT, Crank, Rear Derailleur, Hubs, Purple Tektro brakes with extension levers so one can brake when using the bar ends. The Bike has nice Ritchey Vantage Comp Rims. Veta Trishock seat. The bike has theft prevention “quick-releases” that use a 5mm Allen wrench to loosen. The front fork is a Rockshox Judy XC which has not been serviced but seems to be springing back okay with a couple of inches of travel. The bike has cool purple accents: Brakes, Derailleur pulleys, bolt, and theft prevention “quick-releases”  that give the bike a great look. The bike has two very small dings on the top tube that one can see in the last photo.
I had the wheels professionally adjusted and they are straight with smooth bearings. I also had a safety check done on the bike.  That being said, this bike is sold AS-IS and will be partly disassembled for shipping.  The bike will need assembly and adjustment by a professional upon delivery and may need parts and service.   The bike may have cosmetic scratches, rust, paint discoloration, decal fading, etc.. Item is free of stuck seatposts/stems, structural defects like cracks, dents, or crash damage unless otherwise noted.
