Pair Of Copeland Spode ‘Chelsea Wicker’ Soup Bowl/Plate Sets

Pair of Antique Copeland Spode ‘Chelsea Wicker’ Cream Soup Bowl and Plate Sets. Based on my research, the underplates were made in 1939 and 1940. (See imprint with letter above 2 numbers - the letter is the month and the number is the year.) The bowls were likely made in the late 1930’s or early 1949’s, as well. Bowls were generally not imprinted with dates. These sets are in very nice condition with no chips or glaring imperfections. One bowl has a star-shaped crack in the bottom - only noticeable when wet. Some light marks around the rims/handles and on the bottom. Crazing is customary in pieces of this age and only add to the charm. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
