Pair Antique c1915 Redlich New York Sterling Silver Candlesticks

Description

Presented is a handsome pair of sterling silver candlesticks made by Redlich & Company of New York during the first quarter of the 1900s. Each candlestick has a step form base, with a paneled stem. The top portion of each candlestick has a nice rounded, ribbed shape. The bobeches or wax drips are original and removable for easy cleaning. The candlesticks are weighted, although the candlesticks are weighted they are fine quality and the silver is quite thick and substantial, not foil thin like many weighted candlesticks.
The underside of each one is marked with the Redlich & Co hallmark and sterling.
This pair is in excellent overall condition. Each candlestick has a tiny ding to one of the panels of its stem, but they are so slight that they don’t really show up in the photographs. There are no major dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs.
Each candlestick measures 10 1/8 inches tall.
