original 1944 book of the BLACKER BOMBARD 29mm SPIGOT MORTOR instruction book

In very good condition, see photos, can't seem to change the region of origin but its not Italy. A rare item  There are 3 holes in it for a 3 ring binder, I do not know if that was added later or original issue?
