    Rocky Mountain Twist Drill
Series JS514 Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit
    Size:
    11/64"
    Length:
    3-1/4"
    Description:
When buying a premium cobalt drill bit, one of the most important points is what type of cobalt steel the bit is made of.  RMT drill bits use
    M42 steel.
Most less expensive drills use M35 which is not as good.  Most bits from overseas and many of the brand name bits you see in the big box stores are M35. RMT provides superior heat treating and state of the art grinding machinery to provide the best made n USA drill bit available. All bits are heavy web 135 degree split point*
*1/16-3/32 bits are not split point.

    Shipping:
I charge shipping on the first drill bit only of a size.
So it pays to buy several bits if you think you can use them.
If you buy several different sizes of my drill bits, the system is going to charge you shipping on each size drill you buy, which in many cases is more then the real cost of shipping.  If you let me invoice you, you will be charged the actual cost of shipping.  If you go ahead and OVERPAY for shipping without letting me invoice you, you still may get a shipping refund.  This is done through a refund through Paypal.  Since Ebay charges me a fee for the total shipping paid, whether you get a refund or not, I withhold 10% of the refund to cover that expense.
    SafetyWarning:
Always wear eye and face protection when using cutting tools including the drill bit in this listing.
    Tool Life:
For best tool life use proper drill speeds and a lubricant.
Over heating a drill through too high drill speed or pressure will reduce the hardness and make them unable to cut properly.
