(6) The last one I saw at a jewelry antique auction that was not as nice as this one made in 9k yellow sold for ,000 USA
(7) If I commissioned a jeweler to make a piece like this it would be very hard to today with todays skills and labor costs. It would cost me more than I am asking in in today's labor plus gold & materials. Not sure today's jeweler are even set up to make or duplicate something like this these days
