Dark Blue
This is a 2021 Dyno Compe 24” model that I built up and will make a great cruiser for the new owner.
The deep blue color pops a little purple depending on the light and looks amazing!
The decal set is an excellent reproduction of the originals and is amazing quality.
I switched it up a little and put white GT stickers on the crank arms which looks great and goes with the whole blue and white theme.

I built this as a tribute to the 1987 Dyno Pro Compe Team. I started with a brand new 2021 Dyno Compe and had the frame and fork chemically stripped and professionally powder coated in Corkey Pink (modern version of dayglo pink).
The wheel set was hand built with new chrome GT superlace hubs, 14g stainless steel spokes and chrome Sun Rhyno Lite XL Rim - 24" (36H). All parts are brand new, this completely customized and hand assembled bicycle is one of a kind. Most parts were either chemically stripped and refinished or replaced with other new items.
Frame: Dyno 87' Pro Compe Design, Full Cr-Mo -

Fork: Dyno 87' Pro Compe Design, 100% Cr-Mo 2pc. Steerer, 3/8" Axle Dropouts -

Chain: KMC Z1 Wide with KMC master link.
Crank: GT Power Series Alloy 3pc., 175mm Arms, 22mm Square Cr-Mo Spindle, GT 5mm 36T 86' Performer Design Alloy Chainwheel – Cranks were chemically stripped and hand polished with new GT Power Series decals. GT spider was powder coated in deep blue. Chain ring powder coated in white. Stock silver chainring bolts. All of the bolts for the cranks were hand polished which look much better than the reissued black coated hardware.

powder coated deep blue.  NOTE - the powder coating does extend the full length of the seat post due to the thickness of finish.  If you want to lower the post further than it is you will need to remove additional powder coating. The powder coating is only on the portion of the seat post that you see in the photographs.
