Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity Porcelain Mug.
Measures just over 4 inches high.
Hand painted Art Deco dragonfly motif.
Porcelain blank manufactured by Imperial PSL Austria, possibly as early as World War I era. The factory was taken over by the Nazis in 1938
and renamed, so the blank should date before that.
Most likely the decoration was done by a gifted amateur, instead of being factory decorated.
All of the clues lead to a date of the 1930s or thereabouts, but I am NOT an expert, so I can NOT be sure of a date.
Brown staining around the rim. A few white areas on the rim that are either simply from paint loss or possible micro chips.
