    Description

    Up for auction is a polished brass butt plate for a British Enfield No. 4 rifle.  The butt plate has the complete hinged "trap door" already installed.  It does not come with the butt stock screws.  It is in good working order, undamaged, and in original configuration.  The butt plate will fit the No. 4 model, including the jungle rifle, but I don't believe it will fit the earlier Mark lll model of Enfield.
