Bi-fold Genuine Leather Hand Tooled Wallet Unisex MED Black

I originally purchased this in Europe in the 70’s thinking it was a passport cover. Upon closer inspection I realized it was a European style wallet with a section for bills and 2 slots on either side. It has only been gently used, there is one small pen mark on the red lining. The leather is very soft with a nice tooled design and scalloped detail on the lining. Please see pics for details and measurements.
