Up for sale is this antique pair , Candle holders lamp made in England, Italian design, circa 1816
Electric Candlestick lamp  in blue and white design, showcasing flower detailing at the base with a scenic landscape design enhancing the body.
A Blue Italian earthenware candlestick lamp  by Spode. This blue pattern is adapted from a 17th century painting depicting a scene of Italian ruins and an Asian floral border. This version of the pattern is active since 1962. The candlesticks lamp features an elongated tapered shape with a square base. Marked “Spode, Made in England, and Italian.

Total lamp height is 28” The "Blue Italian" pattern is one of Spode's most popular pattern. As the technique for transfer printing on earthenwares was perfected, Spode’s blue and white transfer printed wares were generally considered to be among the finest ever made. The most famous pattern of which, “Italian”, introduced in 1816, continues to be made in quantity to this day. I've taken all 4 sides of each candlestick for easier viewing in two different settings and lights to show you the beauty of them I don't see any chips or cracks and the candlestick are in a really excellent condition.
The felt on the bottom is old and worn out. The Electric cord has on / off switch and it is in a working order.
