Antique Victorian Leather Coin Purse Art Nouveau Enamel Clasp 1883 Written Note

Here is a lovely little purse made of leather, with many interesting features.
There is a coin purse section, and a pleated opening for cartes de visite. The front has a beautiful enameled Art Nouveau clasp, and the back has a tooled flap with an Arabesque design.
Inside I found a note which states that the purse was the 'Wedding purse of my mothers M.M. --- 1883'.
The purse measures 3- 7/8ths inches in length, by 2- 3/4 inches high. it is about a half-inch thick.
This purse is in beautiful condition, with only a small tear to one side of the strap that holds the back flap in place, as well as some general, overall scuffing and wear consistent with its age and use.
