Here is a classic Nurses Belt Buckle. In very good condition back supports have a bit of a bend. No damage to the front. Very wearable and would look quite fashionable on a modern leather or silk velvet belt. Unmarked and untested. I can see an under metal on the supports, so they are plate. Measures 5 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches tall.  A great addition to your antique jewelry collection.
