VINTAGE SAD BEAGLE IN BASKET
Adorable vintage hand painted porcelain figure of a dog in basket measuring about 2-1/4" tall and 3" square. Featuring a wary little pooch resting his head and paws over the side of a molded wicker basket beg, his expression is so sad and resigned!
Condition is lovely with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage -- well painted with charming detail, he is unmarked as to maker -- I purchased him in the mid-1970s when I had a little Beagle dog name Snickers -- I recognize this expression! Neat addition to any dog collection or display!
