Offered here is a 12" Accu-Safe Lab thermometer made in Germany.  Each thermometer is individually serialized and calibrated against standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T.)  This safety coated thermometer is resilient to breakage.  If broken, the coat will contain the liquid and glass for ease of disposal.
